ID isn't a hypothesis of a Creator. ID is an investigation of possible teleology behind the origin of life and subsequent evolution. Sure, the data from the natural world can be interpreted from a non-teleologocal perspective. So what?
So Ockam's Razor, that's what.

When two separate theories can completely explain some set of observations of interest, the simpler theory is always the correct one. In science the only reason to reject a simple theory for a more complicated one is because the simple theory can no longer explain new observations or test results.

ID is a more complicated explanation than a non-teleological explanation of evolution. Until it becomes necessary, ID is a matter of faith, not a matter of science.

Quote from stu:

Two perversions of reality based on intolerance and prejudice in the form of religious belief . Yep , bigotry about covers it. Unless jem you don't want to use your dictionary any more.

now the one who hates believers is calling others a bigot. You are a comedy act.

Still waiting on the reason why I should place faith in a scientific theory that is based on 2 assumptions ?

Even little stu is stumped by such a simple question.

Come on you big bang gurus, the silence is deafening.

You'll be waiting a long time. Posing delusive questions predjudiced with false presuppositions is the usual style of a person intolerant of any opinions differing from his own.

Here's another

Stock in trade of the bigot.
