Yes, it would indeed add up to a stiff sentence. But it wouldn't PROVE he wasn't God. Unless he died. And then stayed dead. But even then, how long does he have to stay dead? And even if he did stay dead, maybe he would just have abandoned the shot up body, and grabed a new one.

But of you shoot him, I will put the 251K in escrow, and we will wait a while and make a reasonable settlement. We can use Thunderbolt as an arbitrator. That way we will be assured of a just resolution.

as stated, i agree that the creationist's site has much silliness in it. however, the evolutionist's site you suggested has its share of silliness. for example--stating that an acorn turning into a tree is chaos turning into order, thus an example of the violation of the 2nd law of thermodynamics, is pretty stupid.
