You can point out in my post where I wrote that the appointment should be made pre election. It shouldn't be, but it looks like it will be, and while I think that would be hypocritical I will shed no tears for leftists getting it shoved down their collective throats, seeing that they are the biggest hypocrites on the planet who are getting beat at their own game.

It is true that if Trump does not fill the court seat right away there will not be a full court to resolve predicable issues arising from the convoluted and rigged election process. The dems certainly plan on going to the supreme court on multiple issues too.
So yeh, he needs to get a full court asap. The dems can thank him later - OR NOT.
There are no predictable issues over the election that will go to the Supreme Court..that is just the hyperbole being spread to make people scared. Whoever wins will win cleanly with no close ties like in Bush v. Gore.
Even so, the court is 8 justices with 5 conservatives and 3 liberals I believe. RBG's death only swung the balance of power more in conservatives court so to speak.
Trump likes to create excuses ahead of time to rely on in case he loses.
Remember how he spent weeks railing on the fraud of the electoral college but then he won and suddenly it was ok by him....

Meanwhile, Hillary is out there saying that under no circumstances should Joe concede- even if he wins.
And all dem operatives acknowledge that Joe has hired an army of election lawyers to deal with the outcome of the election.
