There have been several SCOTUS justices nominated and confirmed in election years by both parties, the so called “Biden Rule” is a ruse and used by both sides to browbeat the opposition, it has no Constitutional basis.

Trump has every right to nominate whoever he wants. It’s the Democrats that can not abide by the laws governing this country. They resort to violence, blackmail, extortion in an attempt to get what they want politically.

Their Anti-American lunacy and hatred is showing itself for all to see. Go ahead make a bigger ass of yourself, Trump’s landslide victory in November will be epic.

Planning is not the same as doing it, if Republicans replace a liberal judge with a conservative one while the election is going on then it will give Dems a mandate to carry out whatever they planned. It's called political capital, look it up.

The Democrats will get what they want either way. They do not play by any rule book and are not honor bound by any, even loose, definition of the word "honor". They attempted to slam through a candidate in 2016 and failed, spent 4 years bogging Trump down with an impeachment, threats, and childish tantrums, failed to create a believable lie around Kavanaugh, support riots, support locking people down and costing them their jobs, and support creating a "equality of outcome" society. They are not a party of Americans. They are not the party they once were even 20 years ago. They've been co-opted by neomarxism and they have no qualms about showing their hand.

So when they do get back they'll strike with vengeance. Not because they're fixing a broken society. But because millions of Americans chose to oppose their power. Yes, that is the true Democrat party. Despotic maniacs. I couldn't have said it better myself.

I hope for Democracy's sake Trump picks a moderate along the lines of Roberts. But I don't care either way. I'm here to watch lefties seeth.

I doubt very much that Ruth Ginsburg ever looked at the Constitution but if she ever did I am pretty sure that it says that the lawfully elected president still in office whose term has not expired gets to choose who will be nominated to the court.

You tards should go ahead and look that up yourselves. Just because Ruthie did not own a copy of the constitution is no excuse for you to be ignorant.
