So, is the solution to the puzzle simply guessing the first letter of each word? Of course anyone can do that, I thought there was some meaning or commanilty for all the words.

That's half of it.
After you solve the puzzle, a compliment is revealed, if you read the puzzle in the correct way.
All you got to do is look at what is right there in front of you, after you fill in the blanks.
It's so easy, you'll just laugh when it dawns on you what the puzzle tells you.
 
Should I go out for drinks tonight? It was a good day, got laundry done, some writing done, cleaned the floors. It's hot enough out tonight that I can wear my muscle tank and not look ridiculous as I shiver in the cold.
