A buddy of mine (regular Joe) got a dwi. No tickets, clean liscense, reduced to dwai. So far it has cost him 8 thousand dollars messing around with this. He hasn't gotten a new insurance bill yet but we can figure he'll end up in the risk pool.

10 hrs community service.

AA classes every week , 2-3 dollars each time he goes.

counseling 75$ a pop once a week for 12 weeks.

Random urine tests ( I forgot what he pays on those but probably around 35$. How long does he have to take tests? Till the court says he doesn't.

Vehicle registrations additonal $500 a year for 2 years.

The rest is court costs and attorney fees.

Cops the last few years have become obsessed with this stuff.

I kid you not, I read about this small town library that has FIVE (5) get it? FIVE fishing fucking poles you can check out with your library card.

There is a fine line (ahahahahaha) ..ha ahaha.. between fishing and standing on the shorelooking like an idiot.
