I just burned most of one skin tag under my arm pit off and almost all of two more with a soldering iron. Next time I think I'll try tying thread or dental floss at the base though.

Before I heated up the soldering iron this afternoon I gave my wife a razor blade. She was supposed to cut open two large cysts on my back to drain them. But she was too squeamish to cut deep enough to get results.
