Indeed. Even when both parties recognize it is just mindless chatter that neither of you care about, you still feel compelled to continue.
 
Has everybody randomly disappeared?

I think I fractured a minor bone in my foot while jogging a few days ago. I went for a run again yesterday and that made it infinitely worse.

This is possibly the greatest thread on this board.

Alas, I will not see the dentist for another week. She injected a disinfectant in my root canal and it has to "work" for a couple of weeks. Thankfully I have to pull a wisdom tooth as well, so we'll rendezvous again next week.

I have never been more excited about going to the dentist!
