Rand Paul: "Trump Derangement Syndrome" Has Gone Over The Top And People Have Lost The Big Picture

Yeah right after the left Made breathless claims about how the FBI is not a political body, and Mueller and team are above reproach, then Mueller comes out with a purely political indictment 2 days before the summit....... and people on the right are supposed to believe his team isnt playing politics..... lol.
At least CaptainObvious actually served in the military -- unlike you -- you stolen valor coward.

:) How much further into his head can I get.. lets try.

I was an anti-poaching ranger, all I ever claimed to be and I said this on the forum way back. I was embedded with military guys many many times and we were very much in actual live battles. I have faced down wandering warlords, Chinese mine managers and even.. sneaky poisonous Russians in my years solo. I have cleared mines, I was trained to snipe by US Army rangers in the US as part of a special program. I trained many US and other national army guys in various parts of AP work.

That is all you can know, things I have already mentioned in passing on the forum.

But as I said, AP rangers don't even get health insurance paid for, never mind legal indemnity from prosecution like the army guys have. So we don't tell stories.

You are clearly a disturbed obsessive and if I gave you any useful personal information you would be off for a week trying to find my real name. Most of what I did was pre-internet so you would have a job but why bother?

Before you were asking for war stories.

I think anyone who has served knows my situation and particularly that you don't deserve to hear any. I don't respect how CaptainObvious was calling for vets to automatically be allowed to the front of the line in the best hospitals for their whole life but I do respect him enough not to ask for 'war stories'.

I agree I was a bit savage that day with the Captain, just as I explained I have lived around the neighborhood where he worked and I'd rather see men like him go back to Laos, Vietnam etc. on their holidays sometimes and try and help make amends, not only try and find Thai whores and smoke opium like the good old days. A lot of ugly shit is in my head from Laos and Thailand relating to the Vietnam war aftermath. But there were some good guys men, who understood moral injury who were working for forgiveness and I hope the afterlife they believe in gives it to them.

Pinocchio as said was a 'golem', a creature of the Jewish "magic" beliefs. You are so fake you don't even understand your anti-Semitic imagery there. I am not a stereotype big nose Jew. I'm afraid I only tell the truth as best I know it.

Now about that video... You want to post the end of the Gohmert exchange and discuss your point 2?

Spare us your faux fairy tales of battle, warlords and Russians. You're a sick joke who's been caught in far too many lies to be believed about anything, so I'll just focus on a few specifics:

First, you did claim you were more than a wildlife preservation ranger which is classic stolen valor. "Military days" implies you wore the uniform. Then you flat-out lied by claiming you "have been in war also" when you tried to manufacture credibility in order to denigrate CaptainObvious' service in Vietnam. When in fact you have no idea what war is like because you've never been in a military conflict.
I'm 6'5" 3/4 ish, I used to get a lot of hide-behind-him-for-cover jokes in my military days.
Boo hoo little bitch. I have been in war also.

Second, now you claim you were "trained to snipe" by US Army Rangers? Bullshit. Actually being a sniper is a very methodical and deliberate process. The sniper course at Benning is seven weeks long, comprehensive and extremely rigorous, not to mention that most Rangers are not snipers. So tell us specifically: What was the name of this "special program"? Which Ranger unit allegedly trained you, when, where and for how long? Instructors' names and ranks? What weapons did they train you on? Were you trained as the team leader or the observer or both? What course materials do you still have because there are literally hundreds of pages of handouts and you would have filled out data books, logs, sketches and range cards ad nauseum. Course certificate of completion? Pics? Any proof whatsoever? No, you don't have any because unless you spent seven weeks at Benning (and wildlife preservation rangers are NOT eligible to attend) you were taught basic rifle marksmanship or a few techniques that don't even scratch the surface -- at most. And even that's doubtful because you're a serial liar.

Third, mines. Clearing mines is no big deal if you know what you're doing but because since you're Slartocchio, everything you claim is suspect. So... what specifically did you clear, when and in what country, how did they get there in the first place, why were you clearing them, what techniques did you use, where did you learn those techniques, how did you record and mark areas, who did you share your information with, do you have any documentation, pics or proof at all? No, of course you don't.

Fourth, specifically what US Army "guys" did you "train" what did you "train" them on, when and where?

Your serial lies and exaggerations remind me another fraud I heard on the radio many years ago, who claimed that CENTCOM had just endorsed his services and website. Went there, read his bullshit, and immediately called CENTCOM PAO -- only to find out that he'd talked to some clerk private who had answered the phone and given him permission to post a link only.

Thanks for letting me know that the Slartocchio pics trigger you. Here's another! :D

Well that worked.

Poor Pinocchiodexter. You need to publicly fact check your own statements before you get anything back, you know what I mean :) You little big nose fake Jew you <tickle tickle>

Here is a pretty flower in my GF's, she just sent me on WhatsApp.

Is an orchid in Colombia too much of a stereotype? Am I actually even in Colombia? Remember when you were CONVINCED I was not on San Andres island and I sent you that panorama?

orch.jpg

OK it is a potted plant a student gave her but it is in Colombia.

I'm off for a hair cut. I'll be out of your head for a couple of hours. You can use that to find and watch the END of that Strzok/Gohmert exchange and work your way through the exchange to see if your assertion on your point 2 is accurate.

Now please get to that because I have to check the spelling of Strzok every time I remind you and it is getting old.

Edit: Right out the gap.

The most interesting thing from the interview is the statement that the US has meddled in foreign elections 81 times since 1946. So we've basically been doing what Russia did about once a year for the past 8 decades.

I'm not trying to deflect or downplay what Russia did, but it puts things into perspective. My guess is every major election for decades has had outside influence of some type. We need to work hard to minimize these things in future elections.

@Slartibartfast I've never heard of Christopher Poindexter, but I really like that poem. I'll have to check him out.

"I think people have gotten over top on this and lost the big picture," Paul said. "The big picture is that we should be engaged with Russia. We should have conversations with Russia. We have serious conflicts in various parts of the globe. It would be a mistake not to have open lines of communication with them."

"And I can tell you what I have told the Russians who were here in the United States when I conversed with them. Hacking into the election if they did it and all likelihood the evidence looks like they did, it has backfired because it's made relations worse. And so, if they want to have better relations, there should be a great deal of incentive as time goes for them not to do it again because it’s made relations so much worse. And so, my hope is that we will push the issue and that over time those incentives will be apparent," he added.
These words of Paul are ridiculous. I had respect for him until now.

First, there is no one from either party that does not see the value and importance of maintaining lines of communication with the Russian government. Nor is there anyone that would not want better relations with Russia. That's never been an issue. What IS currently an issue is Russia's cyber attack on the U.S. Trump's job as our President is to confront Russia, and if we don't get a a firm commitment to immediately cease this activity, and hand over the perpetrators, then more severe sanctions must follow.

Paul's saying, "Hacking into the election if they did it and all likelihood the evidence looks like they did,..." is as absurd as Trump saying, "I don't see why it would be." It's not "if they did it"; It's "they did it" ; now what are we going to do about it. What on Earth is the matter with these jackasses! (I am referring to Trump and Paul here. Not Putin, who is much worse than a Jackass.)

I agree. Except I never had respect for him. Remember that this is the guy who said private businesses should have the right not to serve black people. (Kinda make you wish his neighbor got in a few more jabs.)

They [i.e.,conservatives] are more civil
So if you don't consider Trump a "conservative," what would you characterize him as, would it be a "jackass". Or perhaps you intend to imply that Trump is an exception among otherwise "civil" conservatives who don't regularly describe those they disagree with as "very bad people" and don't brag about grabbing women, women they hardly know, by their "pussy." Or I guess a third possibility would be that you don't know what the word "civil" means when it refers to behavior.

N.B., To show what the pronoun "They" in the original post referred to the phrase in square brackets was inserted into the quote.

I didn't know that about Paul until now. I can see it as being consistent with his own kind of off-the-wall neo-libertarian philosophy, which of course has little to do with the classical libertarian. What it does have to do with is Ayn Rand's Objectivism , which I find highly Objectionable. Regardless, such a view is clearly incompatible with our own brand of heavily modified democratic republic-ism, at least the brand our dwindling supply of mainstream politicians profess. Paul is an odd duck. I sometimes am repelled by his ideas, such as what you point out, and at other times am quite in agreement with him. His dad struck me the same. I sometimes cheered him on, and at at other times thought he had surely lost his mind.

In the present case there is no question that Rand Paul is still toying with doubt where none at all can exist. The Russians hacked our election and interfered with it in a most dastardly* and serious way. Do the British know yet whether Russia used similar methods to interfere with the Brexit vote? That would have been completely inline with a goal of fomenting rancor among the NATO Allies.

Due to extensive practice, if anyone should be expert at election interference, going so far as to aid the assassination of the elected one, and "arranging" to have their "own man" installed, it would be the U.S. intelligence agencies. So who better to recognize clandestine election interference? I rate their assessment in the present instance as 100% reliable. I wonder if Mueller used our own Henry Kissinger as a consultant ;). Is he alive/ Poor man had to curtail the scope of his international travel in his waning years to avoid having arrest warrants served.

*There should be an alternative spelling of "dastardly," available to indicate the superlative without qualifiers. I suggest, "dasturdly," as appropriate.
