Sorry, I am wholly qualified to call it on America. Because I see what my fellow countrymen are doing, and NOT doing. I see it with my own eyes. So it is substantiated.

Video after video after video in recent days in the news of people in California not wearing masks or following the mask mandate. Videos of buskers on beach boardwalks playing to large non-social distanced crowds with no-one wearing masks, people in malls without masks.... the lists of video evidence goes on and on.

Your claims that everyone in California are using masks is obviously nonsense.... let's take a look the first one in the search for the past week.

Also, I've posted videos of documentaries involving beach boardwalkers in California.

They are pro trumpers, anti-mask and many are anti-vaxxers.

Three different beaches in different parts of the California coast. In those videos, I would guess only about 30 - 40% were wearing a face mask although many had it around their necks as if it was a scarf or on their chins (not covering the nose nor mouth).

Because you weren't under a face mask mandate until the virus started "exploding". You should have all, as in 100%, been wearing face masks before that. If only 60 or 70% of people wear face masks half heartedly you'll lose much of the benefit. One hundred percent compliance is needed before the virus has spread widely among the population.
