By the way, if I remember correctly...you're the one that stated you're into or a subscriber to CourtTV cable channel. Regardless, I hope this trial will be put on TV for us to see & hear the arguments about the evidence against the Donald Trump.

Schools I attended do not have affirmative action programs but one did have a tuition grant for children of Indigenous Americans and I did have the GI Bill for graduate school.

• The United States military does not use Affirmative Action programs...they prohibit quotas. Yet, I did hear a rumor that they were recruiting Asian officers because they are underrepresented in the U.S. military ranks...officer & enlisted.

There are different levels of intelligence. An unfortunate side effect of affirmative action is that there is a reasonable suspicion that Alvin Bragg is not quite as intelligent as others having the imprimatur of a Harvard Law degree.

I've read that without affirmative action blacks would be under 1% of the Harvard student body instead of about 8%. That means 7/8ths of them wouldn't have been admitted without a racial preference, and have test scores and grades below what would normally be expected.

The issue gets worse when you slide down to other top private schools because Harvard vacuums up a good portion of the credible candidates.
