Harvard law review
Until the 1970's the editors were picked on the basis of grades, and the president of the Law Review was the student with the highest academic rank.
That system came under attack in the 1970's and was replaced by a program in which about half the editors are chosen for their grades and the other half are chosen by fellow students after a special writing competition. The new system, disputed when it began, was meant to help insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review.

Bottom line...they can not deal with the fact that Bragg (a black man) is going to try to hold a former President of the United States accountable for his crimes although we have not heard the specific +30 counts against Trump by a Manhattan grand jury related to business fraud.
I'm surprised Trump is not yelling..."show us your birth certificate" to make this a legitimate court case.
Last of all, there are other legal problems still looming for Trump such as his legal problems involving his meddling with election officials in Georgia and bringing White House documents to Mar-a-Lago (lying about them).
He's in deep shit as the shit slowly rolls downhill toward him.

Agree and its very unfair. If acceptance was based on merit Harvard may very well have zero black students.

All three of the state and local prosecutors (Bragg, Fani Willis and Letitia James) are black, when prosecutors elsewhere wouldn't touch these kinds of cases. Makes you wonder about their emotional maturity and commitment to keeping America from looking like the Third World.
