That's it in a nutshell. They start a fight and then get their panties all in a twist when someone swings back. They get especially upset when that swing connects.
Yeah, the cops just can't take what they dish out.

Do you know Oscar Pistorius is judge not guilty for murder by the black judge?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Huh?
"On 12 September, Pistorius was found guilty of culpable homicide and one firearm-related charge, of reckless endangerment related to discharging a firearm in a restaurant. He was found not guilty of two firearm-related charges relating to illegal possession of ammunition and firing a firearm through the sunroof of a car.[10][11][12] On 21 October 2014, he received a prison sentence of a maximum of five years for culpable homicide and a concurrent three year suspended prison sentence for the separate reckless endangerment conviction.[13][14] Judge Thokozile Masipa ruled on 10 December that the prosecution could challenge her ruling of acquitting Pistorius of premeditated murder and the lesser murder charge of dolus eventualis, also known as common-law murder. However, she ruled that the state could not appeal the length of sentence. The case will now go in front of a five person panel at the Supreme Court of Appeal."

It was ruled a homicide by the judicial system because there was no proof that the shooting was premeditated - which would make it a murder rather than a homicide. Likewise the lessor charge of manslaughter was ruled out because the shooting was clearly not accidental.
So the black judge is not persecuting white people like the poster der-kossimmer is saying happen.
Canada has some pretty xenophobic tendencies and subvert racism as well. Indians are not nearly as welcome in Canada as in the US or UK.
Interesting theory but not really accurate. These kind of arguments are similar to those you hear from those that hate universal health care and gun control. The reality is we do a few things different then the US and in some areas we are far more successful for it. There are of course problems as any decent size country will have, just far less of them in these areas then in the US. And the statistics aren't even close, so debating the relative merits of one set of policies or another is futile beyond the misguided idea that you can't do it in the US.
Is a safer, more tolerant population with a health safety net a good thing ? I'd say so. The US does one thing better then any country, creating wealth for it's citizens. Unfortunately, even that is getting messed up these days, as the top 1% is now hogging so much of your countries rewards it's a problem. And to be fair, Canada has imported some of this characteristic the last 10-15 years, to it's detriment as well.
