Question to AMP futures

I have two question for you:

If I trade through Sierra Chart with the CQG data feed, may I have:

1) a second login for CQG trader in case Sierra went down?
If yes it's free, or I have to pay the second login?

2) Can I use the App (android) CQG MOBILE to place orders?

There is SierraChart users who are using CQG connections in different kind of situations. They have the same setup.

I have found SierraChart support very helpful in many situations.

I am with AMP so in my case I am able to connect directly to the CQG using their WEB UI if SierraChart is in problems (https://m.cqg.com/cqg/desktop/logon). But I cannot connect both at the same time of course.

When you connect here (https://m.cqg.com/cqg/desktop/logon) you use different user and password?
 
No. The same what is used for the data source in SierraChart. SierraChart itself has it's own username & password which are different.

1) a second login for CQG trader in case Sierra went down? YES, not required. Your AMP/CQG Live Trading Credentials are enabled for CQGM by Default and for FREE. So you can login directly to your CQG trader from any internet browser or mobile phone.
If yes it's free, or I have to pay the second login?

This is an open request to AMP Clearing:

I know AMP doesn’t clear /HH. Do you have any plan to support this symbol in near future? As you know, /NG-/HH spread is one of the most popular Nat Gas spread trading symbols based on volume. I know some people had to move to Advantage Futures because AMP doesn’t clear it. Proper FCMs support /HH. Please support this symbol. I also sent the same request email to Dale with more details. Please consider this. I really don't want to move to Advantage because I really like AMP......... :(

If you want to have a second concurrent login from a second PC with SC/CQG, you need to pay 10 USD for a second set of CQG credentials. You also need to pay CME exchange data fee twice. If you are using SC/Denali for data, then you can have CQG order routing only enabled and dont need to pay CME exchange data for CQG (exchange data for Denali paid through SC account). CQG webtrader will also work simultaneously with SC/CQG if you have second set of credentials. If you only use the webtrader for emergency (cancelling/closing orders/positions) you dont need to pay cme exchange data for the webtrader, but charts and DOM wont be available
