Has anyone tried trading on upgrade news before the market opens? Almost without fail a stock will rise a significant amount fromt the time the news in announced till the market opens. This would seem to be a sure fire way to make money. Any thoughts?

I watched this afternoon from the sidelines too -- I missed the start of the trend and from that point forward I was concerned about entering at the top. Each time it ran up higher I scolded myself for not entering, but thought the rise must end soon.
