Question for Grob/Hershey...

here's how my day went, not too bad i think.

looking for helpful critique where anyone perceives any.

(these were all rocket trades).

I'm using a target of 1 pt because that's all i see that rockets are really worth for now.

i do SEE that reversing after a wash or even after my profit exit i could have gotten ANOTHER pt on the flip side...on each trade yes?

the thread has seemed to grow stale, and that's why i'm posting this stuff...i hope it is not a distraction and is helpful.


also, i'm using a volume reading on the 1 min chart as my vol. entry requirement...2k in 1 min (this is prorata 10k/5min?)
at least that's my understanding of PRV at this time.

The important thing is to find one thing that works for you. 95% of people never find it. This is the entry point to the gravy train. One simple thing that works consitently, for you. It is all downhill from there.

what i perceive rockets to be is/are the "late" entry of the pt1-2 traverse.

So you are using a straight indicator definition and taking your entries off them? I kept seeing the word "rocket" in your posts and you saying you are taking rocket trades and was just curious.

Thanks for the reference to that document. I remember reading it some time ago.
 
Not much to comment today. I saw a lot more trades developing than I actually took. My spanking of the day came on bar 75 when I bought at the RTL and didn't wash when it BO... the volume didn't feel like a surge and PRV was declining so I waited to see if it would come back... guess I realized about the same time as the herd that it was only going further south and got filled -1.25.

Net +2.0

I didn't do a TD yesterday but my net was +1.5
