What I don't understand is how it was found in the first place.
Based on all I recall of this case, it was 0.7 grams of "cannabis oil" found in the cartridge of a vape pen. I am assuming that the media used the term "cannabis oil" loosely.
Did the Russian equivalent of the TSA over there open up her vape pen, take out the cartridge, and test the liquid with a strip? Did it smell like pot? So many questions on how it was found in my mind.
