Sounds like Putin is the real dictator.

As for al qaeda, as I mentioned elsewhere, I suspect our continuing support to the rebels which also happens to benefit some of them is part of an overall political calculation that we're not going to get to see.

1) Russia has a different govt, sure he is a dictator, obama is just a wannabe.

2) That's a problem. Washington in it's infinite wisdom and secret schemes have caused too many messes to count. The people need to know WTF is going on, transparency and all that. No matter what mystical 'calculation' you think might be behind it, al qaeda has mass murdered US citizens, we should kill every single one of them, and never for any reason, help them out.
