He was not a psychopath. A psychopath would never have been replaced in a democratic election - a psychopath would not have let another democratic election occur. And so we have to come back to Putin.

I heard, though i didn't really follow up, that vote counting was stopped in swing states at like 10pm and restarted at 2am. Apparently, this was one of the main things they relied on. Anyone know what the truth is with this?

Edit: I also heard that after this shutdown/restart Biden had a lot of votes come in.
