Why did you give them a credit card for a free trial? (They charge $10.00 for their trial, according to their site).

It is clearly stated on their website that you have to pay $10 for the trial. That's why they also want to know your credit card information. So why are you surprised now about being charged $10?

Also they are promoting their service here to find new customers. So what interest should they have to ignore you?

I never received the login information. Sent emails, called, sent emails, called - no response. They charged my card but never delivered the information for the trial period.
Not a free trial - my error.
