I don't know if this guy is guilty of any heinous crime, but the Libyan attitude to crime and punishment seems to be a lot healthier than ours here in America.


If every mass murder in America was subjected to public humiliation before having his head snapped off with a kitchen knife, people (especially crime prone minorities) would think twice before going on a killing spree.

One of the advantages of the death penalty is that it scares people. But if executions are carried out far from the public's sight and "humanely", no one cares. People need to be constantly reminded that life is a precious good that can be taken away brutally if they misbehave.

Was there anyone there NOT holding a cell phone and recording this? You could see at the end its really hard to cut someones head off while holding a cell phone.
