Protecting Assets From a Divorce

33% per year??? My original assessment stands. Check out CDs at your local bank, mister ego, 2.7% per month is not worth sitting at a computer all day long. The next time you feel like sending me a bragging PM about how everyone's socks are knocked off by your performance, don't bother. Not interested. Spammers on ET are limited to sponsors.

2.7% per month is not worth for YOUR capital, please do not talk about mine, because you have no idea.

Spammer ? In my website you'll see that I have nothing to sell. Just talking about finance and what I do. I am a full time trader, that's it.

I also do believe that if you have a lot of money like the OP, getting married in this society is a risk that one should not take.

My website also shows my performance, if I can make 30% a year I will be more than happy.

You criticize 30% per year and my performance, but all you got is over 1100 posts.

Keep on writing 1000 more posts, your profile says 14.95 post x day. That's and impressive performance !

OS ANGELES, California (AP) -- A Los Angeles judge has signed off on the amicable end to Danny Bonaduce's nearly 18-year marriage.

Bonaduce will pay $16,000 a month to his ex-wife, Gretchen, for spousal and child support. The former couple will retain joint custody of their children, who are 14 and 7 years old.

Their marriage was the subject of the reality show, "Breaking Bonaduce," which also chronicled the former child star's bout with addiction. Gretchen Bonaduce filed for divorce in April 2007.

Danny Bonaduce now hosts a radio talk show in Los Angeles, as well as VH1's "I Know My Kid's a Star."

Documents signed by a judge on Thursday indicate Bonaduce isn't giving up on marriage: he's keeping the rights to sell a show called, "The Next Mrs. Bonaduce."

...From an experienced, not in trading but in life.

Quote from volente_00:

Man this thread is pathetic. 95% of you will eventually fail at trading yet you are scared of a 50% chance. Marriage is what you make it. Just as in trading, it takes work. Sometimes it is fun other times it makes you deeply question yourself. If you are not willing to put in the work, then don't bother getting married. If you are to marry someone, I recommend you know them for at least 5 years and live with them for at least 3. This gives enough time for the newness and "false front" to wear off and you really get to know the "true" person. If she is not down with this then run away as she probably has a hidden agenda. While I agree that money complicates things, you can get a feel for what kind of women she is over time from "hints" that she shows. Keep in mind that even the poor ones eventually change once money is available. The key to avoiding confilct is to not let your ego get in the way and instead of arguing about trivial crap just let them think that they are right. Ask any couple who has been married a long time and they will tell you don't sweat the small stuff. Also little things mean more to women than just buying them stuff as they all get tired of cleaning up after men all the time. Last but not least, get married in a state that does not have alimony or marry one who is not a super model and that makes more money than you. Happily Married for 5 years, known her for 11 and lived together for 4 prior to.

1,000% accurate and correct. Reading this thread reinforces how truly blessed in relationships some of us are.

Nope, asutinp isn't supid & clueless, he's just on of the blessed few ..., no harm in that.

Every man who doesn't become too jaded with life's bitter experience is always given another drink at the fountain.
