Problem recovering my funds from Globus Trading LLC

How much are you talking about? Less than $10,000? You have already wasted more breath than that trying to recover. Move on. That won't be your worst trade in this business.

you lost all your money
worst than a third world country

I agree, Canada is not a third world country. It would be counter productive. I got to go through the legal venues and see if I can get anywere.

If you see it that way, yes, it,s a shame that legaly incorporated companies can get away with this.

If you live close enough, don't do anything illegal but visit the dude's home (just don't go on his property). You may be able to work something out. If it's less than 10k, it really isn't worth the costs to pursue it legally. You may, however, be able to get a settlement. It really all depends on the contract you have with them. If you have a family attorney or a friend that can advise you legally or at low cost, you probably want to contact them but I would hold off before filing suit.

Got a response from the Ontario Sec. Com. that they are looking into my issue. Hope it gets somewhere.

So as of now the BBB and OSC are looking into it.

Anyone know if the Milruds opened another trading firm under another name. this one looks like them but not sure, hope someone can confirm

Would be good to alert the BBB and the OSC if they did

I highly recommend the other traders that have contacted me with the same problem to file their complaints also. Will give us more credibility.

From the link it claims the site was from 2007 so I don't think it's a new firm. Your best bet is to contact them. If they don't respond, then you can probably conclude they are the same people.

And yes, if more traders file complaints then your claims definitely become more credible.

There is a Globus Trading LLC in Dubai. Not sure if they are under the same management, but do inquire.

Just noticed this thread..
I actually used them a few years ago, both on site in Richmond Hill and remote.
At the time they were focusing on some sort of software initiative rather than pure trading.

Alex was ok with me, probably because I made some money and have a similar heritage ie. background, but that's where it ended.
Last I heard of him he was in Florida, that shop used a few US based clearer's.

All in all I'm out only a few bucks.
