If I had hope that Alex and Larissa Milrud had at least a little spec of decency in them, itâs gone. They shut down their web page and disabled my accounting password.
Turns out the comments at the beginning of the thread pointing out they are criminals are true.

Small Claims and other lawsuits are going to cost you more than your deposit (assuming it is 5-10k).......

How about writing it off as a price of trading? Can you use it as a write off against profits? I'm not an accountant. Direct your energies to better tradng, much more rewarding.

My advice,
Send them registered mail, make sure it is their house, or if nearby pretend to be a courier delivering a letter. Then return at night and cause damage. This might make you feel better, however it still won't yield you any money.
I remember a decade or so ago, a car dealer (here in Thornhill) I knew was screwing people around. One day, they came to his house late at night poured gas on his cars and lit it up. Amost ignited the whole block on fire, however that's a different ball game with some very serious consequences if caught. Doing damage to his cars without arson, or damaging the house with rocks will unlikely not even instigate an investigation by police.

I definitely would not recommend you do anything as mentioned above. Take it into your own hands and it could be you sitting in jail, would it be worth it?
no, but he could contact American Greed on cnbc, and ask if they have any other reports. For that matter, almost every reporter on cnbc or Bloomberg has a twitter accout that they make avaliable. Just keep pestering them and telling them your story. Look for a "Report Fraud" hotline. Call the FBI. You just never know, some of them may all be sitting around in a bar one night and somebody mentions Globus Trading and someone says, "Yeah, I heard about them. Can't remember where. We should check them out."Quote from Tonkadad:
