Problem recovering my funds from Globus Trading LLC

Quote from comintel:

File complaints with both the Ontario Securities Commission and the Quebec regulator.

The relevant regulatory term is "unlicensed securities" (which are illegal and can be rescinded).

I'm looking into that also plus the RCMP antifraud division

so which are the remaining "reliable" firms offering similar deals?

after what im going through wouln't dare recomend any. It's an unregulated industry in Canada. You want something safegot to be in the U.S. but over there you need some licence to trade.

Finally received a response from the BBB that they are looking into it my problem. I advice any trader having the same problem than me with Globus, file a complaint with the BBB so they get a feel of the seriousness of the problem.

Talked to the police and they advised me to also place a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and after that go to civil court.

So that’s the plan

sounds like it is no matter of the money anymore, but just the principle of the whole thing. That's exactly how that little old lady made 3 Million Dollars from McDonalds when she got burned by the hot coffee.

Hope you don't get lost in the court system and they get the best of you.

I always like it when the little guy just keeps fighting and doesn't give up.

I suppose in the end, the lawyers are the only ones who come out profitable. But I hope you get something out of these guys who clearly screwed you.

Later, we can talk about your stupidity of opening an account with them. But that is not the isssue anymore.

I want to see the owner of that firm broke, destitute and humiliated. Or at the very least, you made whole (including time lost on your money.)

BBB is never any use except in the case of a major retailer or something like that.

The police do not always know what they are talking about or understand what you are talking about.

Are you a consumer? No, you are an investor. So contact the Securities Commission.

Suing in small claims court is fine except for the "after" part. Why wait? Do it tomorrow. I would have done it same day as the problem occurred. The rate you are going at, all of the money will be gone for sure by the time you get around to doing anything significant.

I like your style. This is no longer about money, it is about who is the most pissed off. Go up against the SEC and in todays world of social media, you might get a 90 second spot on national TV. The SEC knows they are an overpaid bloated inefficient organaization. If they can get somebody back a few hundered dollars owed to them they can justify their existence. And if they can't, what the hell good are they?
