This is one scenario if the current deadlock cannot be broken fairly.
Its not in the Constitution but neither were the elections in several states Constitutional, besides the fraud that leveraged on that un-Constitutionality.
In a more Contitutional solution the current Vice-president will refuse to accept the electors from as few as two, or as many as six states where there are still serious concerns about their legitimacy.
The Constitution has a solution in that case: requiring one elector from each state . We know how that will turn out.
So, now is the time to settle, on both sides, a compromise. Once the playing field is clear of unconstitutional election conditions, once an army of poll watchers has been trained, we can really see how popular Biden really is, without the cover of corona and his little mask.

Even though its not Constitutional, i think it would be ok for Trump to do rock-paper-scissors with any or all of the dead people who voted for Biden.

Actually, with so much up-ballot fraud on the books, we cant be sure just how much down ballot fraud took place. Perhaps the Senate seats available should have been filled like the GOP filled house seats running on Trumps long coat-tails.
