Im aware of these sentiments. One hopes it works out in the best interest of most people. Affirms what im saying about accountability, and does not prevent the influences of fear, bribery, and/or ideology.

There is likely a percentage of judges who will take bribes despite the risks. The effects are easy enough to hide under a pile of legalese gobledegook.

Thats one percentage.

Another percentage can be influenced by the threat of violence, for example, from antifa or blm.

Third percent will always to occasionally act on ideology, especially when it evokes hatred, and includes the influence of propaganda.

Can you guess what the percentages are?

They are high enough to make court a roll of the dice, merit be damned.

Its why elections should be settled with lawfully enacted elections, free of fraud, instead in court. Those who are perpetrating this fraud rightly see their odds improved given a sure loss with a legal, legit election.

Heres an example of a judge acting so dirty one must wonder how much she has been paid.

Bordering on incompetence, she'll be able to hide behind legalese like "laches", and wont be subject to prosecution unless an actual bribe is found out. This behavior could also exude from ideology subject to hatred or propaganda or fear of several variety including jeapardy of personal relationships

Strangely, she is reading this off a couple sheets paper, pretending its emotional and off the cuff. Misreads a couple of times. Embarrasing.

She pretends to be appalled the plaintiff would suggest any of the good peoples of Wisconsin could be involved in election fraud.

So this is a clear example of ideological influence aggravated by recent propaganda, or has been paid off to read this into the record as if she is appalled. She could be reading from just about any leftist screed circulating on the internet. Literally prejudiced with an obvious partisan position, not ready to listen, and not willing to recuse herself.

The peoples of Wisconsin are all totally innocent by virtue of being from Wisconsin? Then what do they need courts for?
Or, are they involved in every other crime except election fraud?
Also, why does she imply the plaintiff incriminates the entire population, instead of the .001% bad actors involved?

So you can see how/why courts are most corrupt along partisan lines.

This is one scenario if the current deadlock cannot be broken fairly.

Its not in the Constitution but neither were the elections in several states Constitutional, besides the fraud that leveraged on that un-Constitutionality.

In a more Contitutional solution the current Vice-president will refuse to accept the electors from as few as two, or as many as six states where there are still serious concerns about their legitimacy.

The Constitution has a solution in that case: requiring one elector from each state . We know how that will turn out.

So, now is the time to settle, on both sides, a compromise. Once the playing field is clear of unconstitutional election conditions, once an army of poll watchers has been trained, we can really see how popular Biden really is, without the cover of corona and his little mask.
