Sure, you gotta give that slob Michael Moore credit. He called it 100% months in advance. Michigan would be going with Trump. Just the week before- before Trump and Pence starting getting rough- Rocket Man cancelled his direct sit-down session with the South Koreans and all the flutter was that Rocket Man and Trump were getting too kissy faced and trying to bypass the chinese, south koreans, and japan and were so tight that everyone needed to fear that trump might give away too much. And China started worrying bigtime so they reeled him in, and he ended out insulting the Americans by not even sending the North Korean delegates to the pre-planning meeting in Singapore. Just stood up the Americans.
It is easier to just do nothing as Obama did. If you do nothing you dont need to worry about success or failure along the way. Being president though requires more than. The same rough qualities that Trump has that may ruffle Rocket Man from time to time are the same qualities that brought Rocket Man to even request the summit in the first place. Everyone needs to toughen up a little. This type of negotiation does not always have a fine tuning knob on it.
Little Rocket Man has a legitimate fear of Americans. I truly don’t think that we search out conflict per se - but the UN Charter and Security Council are so very weak and apathetic to the point of allowing genocide for convenience sake that it so profoundly clashes with the American idealistic ethos.
If it’s justified on our grounds on humanitarian or a direct threat - oh mother fuck yeah Americans relish a fight. Always have - it’s in our DNA. We love war, and we’re very very good at at.
