How many African Americans run for office as Republicans? Very few. And when they do, they get virtually no white democratic votes. Are all the white democrats that voted against the black republican racists? By your definition, they are.
Allen West, who is a black republican, got almost 100% of the white Republican votes in his district in Florida. If what you are saying is true, he should have lost the election in a landslide.
What you are describing has very little to do with race, and everything to do with party affiliation. People tend to vote along party lines. The fact is, Republicans rarely vote for Democrats no matter what color their skin may be. The same is true of Democrats.
