No evidence presented because lower court and appellate court judges who are extreme liberal have denied any motions. If a judge was just doing his job without being partisan, he should at a minimum look at the evidence which is plentiful. This matter needs to be raised in an appeal at the US Supreme Court where it belongs. All evidence collected can be presented there and the US Supreme Court judges can make their rulings which is above any rulings of the lower courts.

Based on what I read, at least some of the decisions were based on “Technical”, rules of the court issues, not “Foundational”, evidence based issues. Yes, all rules have to be followed for chances for a favorable ruling, but a Judges ruling based on non-compliance of court rules does not necessarily impugn the underlying evidence, including potential witness testimony.
Actually, in the case where evidence shows systematic violation of election laws, a 150 vote batch of invalid ballots illegally counted out of a total batch of 500,000 invalid ballots where the status of these 500,000 ballots are unknown, but the fact systemic acceptance of invalid ballots are established, would seem to give a judge a strong basis for ruling in favor of the plaintiff with a remedy appropriate in scope, possibly including a new election, the invalidation of 500,000 votes, or some other reasonable remedy under the circumstances.
Don't be silly. Of course witnesses are allowed, if there are any. Trump's lawyers have never actually claimed fraud in court, so far as I'm aware. Lying to a judge could get them debarred. Since they don't have any evidence of fraud, they are bringing these nuisance cases on other grounds. They are telling you there is fraud hoping to get you to send a check. You won't be able to disbar them if they lie to you. So they are free to lie to you. Did you send a check yet? The bulk of the money you send is going to a PAC Trump set up to pay his future expenses not for legal challenges of the election results. Since the election , Trump's collected ~170$ million from people like you. A fool and their money are soon parted. Look up what grounds these cases have been brought on if your curious. Trump's lawyers are 1 for 40 so far I think. They are just doing this stuff as a money raising gambit.
I thought I must have already explained to you, but apparently I didn't, that discover comes right after pleadings, but before you get into court. Typical cases are settled out of court after discovery. Judges don't prevent discovery. Where did you get your high school education? Judges could hold a preliminary, or fact finding, hearing, but they don't "deny discovery" as you claim.

Trump and his supporters have focused a great deal of attention on vote-counting efforts in Detroit, specifically at TCF. While several lawsuits and many supporters have alleged the site is at the epicenter of election misconduct, none have presented credible or reliable evidence of widespread fraud or irregularities in Detroit.
Given that these witnesses only have what they saw, what they were told or what they heard and have no access to review the ballots and investigators have not (yet) had access to the various machines to probe them, what would suffice as evidence in your opinion? Some have physically written down names and addresses which turned out to be vacant lots and churches which negate those votes. How is that not evidence of fraudulent voting?
