Saddam gives OK to chemical weapons

Saddam Hussein has given field commanders the authority to use chemical weapons on their own initiative, without any further directives from the Iraqi leadership, says the Pentagon. Intelligence reports indicate a high risk that Iraq would use chemical weapons against allied troops. "We continue to receive reports supporting the assertion that there is a high risk the Iraqi regime would use chemical weapons at some point during any conflict," said Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman .

Why would we liberate pathetic and cowardly people like the swiss? I could take them over myself with a bat and some check books....half the people would surrender to me ..the other half would kill each other just to get my account in one of their corrupt swiss accounts.
