Police Lied -- Mike Brown Was Killed 148 Feet Away from Darren Wilson's SUV

Oh, the police and evidently the grand jury.

Nope. Just Wilson.

Leaning into a police car and slamming the officer in the face with your fist a few times then going for his gun is attempted murder.

And who says he "leaned into a police car"? Who says he went for the gun?

Now, please reconcile the map to your misinforming headline you dumb shit.

Just try to think sometimes (be careful don't hurt yourself) and stop simply regurgitating political propaganda.

What's so misleading? He chased him for the distance you show then gunned him down.

Thanks for the visual.

Dorian Johnson's account:

Johnson’s testimony about the final, fatal shots is likewise unconvincing. And Johnson changed his story over time in an apparent attempt to try to conform with the physical evidence that became available to him.

Three days after the shooting, August 12, Johnson was interviewed by a local television station and alleged that Wilson shot Brown in the back:

I’m looking and watching the officer and he’s pursuing my friend now, and he fired another shot. And it struck my friend in the back.

Another clip, this one from the August 12 Al Sharpton program, repeats the shot-in-the-back claim:

By this time, the officer is out the car. . . . And the officer is walking with his gun drawn, but its almost like he couldn’t see me. . . . But he’s walking in such a way that his vision wasn’t even on nobody else but what he was trying to do. And as he got closer, he fired one more shot. That shot struck my friend in the back.

As to Johnson, the ME's results show that all of the wounds were in the front, with the possible exception of a wound to one arm which may have come from the back. This may be what Johnson is referring to.

As to Al Sharpton, well . . .

You really want to know why Wilson escaped indictment? You want the truth? YOU CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH, but here it is.
Wilson walked for the very same reason Zimmerman walked. Race Baiting Inc. and the leftist media fucked things up. In the case of poor little Trey getting his ass gunned down, race baiters and the leftist media forced a dumb ass prosecutor to over charge Zimmerman with murder. Z gets charged with manslaughter...his ass is in a jail cell right now.
In the Wilson case once again race baiters and the leftist media tried to push their agenda. What they found was a prosecutor who wouldn't be bullied and basically thumbed his nose at them. He presented a shitload of conflicting evidence in eyewitness testimony which resulted in the Grand Jury members discounting all of it which didn't align with Wilsons story. He presented a boatload of forensic evidence which lined up with Wilsons account of what happened, which resulted in the Grand Jury believing Wilson and any eyewitness account which aligned with Wilson. What he didn't do, and this is where he basically said fuck you to the leftists, he didn't bring up the question of whether just cause was used in Wilsons decision to give chase and use deadly force. There was enough there to bring that question before a jury and cross examination. Maybe he's innocent, maybe he isn't, but it should have be brought to trial and it wasn't because once again race baiters and leftists overplayed their hand.
The lesson that the idiot left and race baiters just aren't learning is that their are people in the system that won't be bullied (Wilson case), and the system itself will eventually weed out stupid charges (Martin case), which overstep what should be charged. Combine that with a less than sympathetic public who doesn't really give a shit about another dead thug when that thug is an obvious FUCKING CRIMINAL. Brown was indeed unarmed, other than his fists, but he was not innocent. Get that through your f'n heads and maybe next time you lefties will pick a real act of true injustice and have a legit reason to get all bent out of shape. I won't hold my breath. Why? Cause you're fucking morons, that's why.

What is your distinction between "running away" and "fleeing"?
You really are a dumb ass.

What is your distinction between "continuously came forward in the charging motion" and "running away".

I can't imagine that you are suggesting that cops should never pursue criminals so I won't address that.

You dumb ass libtards want bigger government, more taxes, more regulation and more laws. Then you bitch about the ones enforcing those regulations and laws. Dumb motherfuckers.

Are you serious? What is the difference between "toward" and "away"?

Where the hell did you go to school?

And how, since they weren't there, would they know?

Who?

Non sequitur. You lead with an incorrect presumption.

Witnesses were there, they testified. A sufficient number of witness testimonies were consistent enough to allow the grand jury to ascertain what occurred leading to the conclusion that the officer acted lawfully.
