Police Lied -- Mike Brown Was Killed 148 Feet Away from Darren Wilson's SUV

Non sequitur. You lead with an incorrect presumption.

Witnesses were there, they testified. A sufficient number of witness testimonies were consistent enough to allow the grand jury to ascertain what occurred leading to the conclusion that the officer acted lawfully.

Hardly a non sequitur. Again, who says that Brown tried to "murder" Wilson independent of Wilson's testimony?

As to the lawful part, I suggest, again, that you review the SCOTUS ruling on this.

As I said, non sequitur, you presumptions are incorrect so the rest of your question doesn't collate.

The grand jury documents are quite clear and and even entertaining due to the occasional completely perjured testimony from a few hood rats lol. The GJ was able to zero in on those and dismiss them entirely.

If black people are annoyed by being shot dead while committing felony assault or attempted murder they should stop committing felony assault and attempting to murder armed people. Its like running out into traffic, those with a functioning brain don't do it. Darwinism.

I saw where a group of black kids murdered a bosnian immigrant in downtown St. Louis with hammers "in protest of Ferguson". If a group of black kids so much as showed me a hammer I would light them up and Ferguson would probably be forgotten lol.

Are you really suggesting that cops should not pursue criminals? Is that what you are inferring?

I'm not inferring anything. I'm suggesting yet again that those who want to know the law in this regard rather than spew unfounded opinions do a little googling re the SCOTUS decision. If you don't want to do that, then don't.
