As far as crackpot theories like the one your positing, they run into trouble when confronted with the physical facts. Facts like autopsy results, Brown’s DNA on the police car's door and gun, pictures of Wilson's bruised/swollen face and the pattern of blood stains on the street where Brown was shot.
Of course, it's more fun to make up wild stories, or for dumb NFL players to raise their hands to make a "statement." But facts are facts.

Not necessarily. The ME was unable to determine whether the injury to the arm was caused by being shot from the front or the back.
However, it is consistent with testimony and with events that since Wilson was firing at Brown as he fled (something that wetodd can't get), a shot that hit from in the arm from behind would motivate Brown to turn. This, of course, is conjecture, but it is logical.
As for the murder part, one witness did say that Wilson shot Brown in the head as he was slumping to the ground and that, in his opinion, this constituted murder.
