Hi Bullz_n_Bearz,

What prevents the flat screen on top of the CRTs from falling over ?

Also, why are you using three CRTs and one flat screen when you can use 2-3 flat widescreens?

Just curious.

Mark

What prevents the flat screen from falling? My magical powers.. ;)

Just kidding, a book.

I use the monitors I use because this is all I have.

Hey don't make fun. I've got this gigantic CRT 20" Dell that takes up 1/4 my desk. But I'm using it as long as it keeps chugging or until my stacks get so high that I can't see at least the upper half of the screen:p

This beat thread again LOL

So i got a Dell 690 with dual quad core chips, top of the line. SAS 15K drives and 4 MB of ram. Thing runs two platforms and on FED day got all the way up to 3% usage :p still too high :D

Highly recommended but not required

Cheers

Back on topic: Laptop with triple screen:

"Having a multi-display workspace will definitely improve productivity, as you get to see more at a glance and won't have to minimize so many windows at once. Acme has dropped the 'Portable Industrial PC' that has the ability to hook up another two monitors on either side, giving new life to the definition "widescreen". I wouldn't want to be carrying this all over the place though as it looks as though the entire set up weighs a ton, but you can't get any geekier with a 3-screen notebook. Pricing and availability are unknown."

I want that.
