Period, exclamation point, etc. I can honestly say I've never witnessed any political controversy that was based on a more slender sliver of evidence, actually non-evidence, I guess, than this one. I'd say I'm amazed at the number of people taking this seriously, but that would presume a higher level of intelligence in the public than exists, on the actual evidence of this thread.
I'm not saying Obama is or is not constitutionally qualified to be president, I would assume that he is, but the Courts will decide the matter, as for your argument.
It does not require one to be natural born to get a US passport. Obama could theoretically have a passport and not be Constitutionally eligible.
There is a difference in becoming a citizen and being born one.
