The Hawaii, U.S. soil discussion reflects that Hawaii only became a State in 1959.

Bringing up thumbing noses at the Constitution, after 8 years of it being trampled and spit upon by the current Administration, is laughable. Illegal wire taps, spying on U.S. citizens, all in the name of fear at any cost, give me a break. My President, Mr. Bush, whose office I respect, broke so many rules from Iraq to denying federal employees collective bargaining rights, what a nightmare.

Bush: "Stop throwing the constitution in my face, it's just a goddamned piece of paper!" Stones and glass houses come to mind with your Obama rhetoric.

Keep searching for something to help the 80% of Americans who support their President elect, instead of hurting them with nonsense.
