Where I live, mail in ballots must be notarized. Must be too much to ask in Pennsylvania for one’s identity to be verified even if it’s merely matching signatures.

You literally have weeks to get your early mail-in ballot signed sealed and delivered. Lame excuse.Hunting down a notary at a busy time, free or not, is excessive, particularly because the incidence of fraud is so low everywhere without that requirement.
