When Trump mentioned his reelection, a bidding war erupted: “Four more years!”, “Twelve more years!”, “Thirty more years of Trump!”

If the senate does the deed today. If not, all the lefty media have bombs to drop. They are all scams and bogus, but they have them.

Big, big mistake for the Senate to not push all the way through to acquittal even if they have to go all night and into tomorrow.
 
I will say this, there are very few republicans in America other than Mitch McConnell that could have gotten this atrocity through the senate with the speed he did.

He often gets beat up by conservatives but Trump NEEDS Mitch McConnell.

Why not just proceed tonight? I remember Obamacare being passed in the middle of the night without even being read by the Senate.

The howling is going to be epic.

Pelosi has failed and exposed her party to accountability in the next election. She may have some difficulty going forward as Speaker in which case Nadler and Schiff may lose their Chairmanships. That is perhaps a bit optimistic on my part but I'm a glass-half-full kind of guy.

There is nothing stopping the House from continuing and submitting further articles. I predict that is exactly what they will do and we could find ourselves in a repeat. Its the chimpanzee with a gun situation, there will be some more shooting:
