Future democrat presidents are now free to get help winning elections from foreign governments,they are even able to bribe/strong arm them .Most countries would prefer The US have a democrat president so democrat presidents can get a lot of help in the future.
trouble is, partisan judges are hypocrites and would block a Democrat president on completely opposing arguments to the ones they made granting Trump "king" powers
Really, the House couldn't try to enforce subpoenas through the court, is that your position?
They chose not to in the name of expediency. How's that working?

About as expected given the corrupt Senate. Not that it'd be any different taking every subpoena to SCOTUS where it would be voted 5-4 against
