What’s this? Am I to understand someone is accusing Trump of being a naughty boy again? What, for Trump allegedly threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine until they cooperated with an investigation into Joe Biden’s affairs? It that it? No, I have not been paying attention. The same Joe Biden, along with his son, and the Ukrainians who all have an interest in receiving military aid from the United States? Can anyone help me identify whose self interests Congress is trying to protect? Is it possible the “Whistleblower”, what a characterization by the way, is just merely someone designated to protect the interests of those who directly and indirectly benefit from US military aid? The conflicts of interest on this latest impeachment attempt by the Democrats has to be extensive, from other Democratic politicians being lobbied by defense contractors to obvious political angles. The Liberal media should have legal liability for perpetuating this fraud where the investigators, the Trump Administration, are the ones being accused of a crime. The United States has given over $3 billion in aid to Ukraine so far, with Joe, his family, and some like-positioned associates skimming off the top. Trump is right to investigate and question the money we are spending on Ukrainian aid, just like Trump has questioned our spending amounts on NATO, etc.
Let’s see the record of the Democrat Party accusers: They supported false accuser Christina Ford against Justice Brett Kavanaugh, supported false hate crime claim of Justin Smollett, Pelosi’s support of continued ANTIFA violence, and supported CNN defamation against Covington High School students where CNN ultimately settled the multimillion dollar defamation lawsuit out of court. I am naming just a few items, from top of mind, rather than attempting to compile an comprehensive list here. Seems to me, the criminals are the ones doing the investigations in order to unseat the greatest threat to their power: Donald J. Trump.
Or is the whole purpose of this show merely the Democratic Party and their propaganda arm, CNN, attempting to fire up their base? Are the Democratic Party base now mainly made up of public assistance recipients, ex-felons, the gender-challenged, uninformed students, and immigrants (Many originally here illegally, but where later granted amnesty)?
Oh well, maybe we shouldn’t worry and be happy. Perhaps we should try to live our lives where we can laugh during funerals like Bill Clinton, have our email servers remain private and secure like Hillary Clinton, buy our real estate at half off market value like Barrack Obama, or not held accountable for our bad purchases like a billion dollar website to a foreign country that did not work as intended like, well again, Obama.
Speaking of Obama, 8 years is a lot of time to fill Government positions with like-minded people, isn’t? This includes FBI, CIA, Generals, the EPA, most of whom are crtical of Trump, amazingly enough.
May we, the people, continue to sleep the pleasant sleep where we never figure out Obamacare was a really tax on the Middle Class packaged as a healthcare plan that also effectively transferred some healthcare costs from employers and the Government to individuals.
Who are we kidding? Trump is the only viable Presidential candidate we have who will help us maintain any semblance of our Democracy and productivity based economic system. Most of the other top candidates are career politicians and part of the corrupt establishment.

for the first 71 days of the House proceedings Trump had no legal counsel allowed to defend him. Due process is not in the vocabulary of cheating Dems in the basement chamber from where they selectively leaked and continue to withhold witness testimony.

Depends on whether the prosecutor is simultaneously prosecuting you in the court of public opinion under the guise of "investigation" in which case a person should damn well have an attorney out there ripping them a new arsehole every step of the way- versus "keeping your mouth shut." The dem's entire strategy has been to just smear trump as a substitute for being able to get a conviction. Pelosi thinks that is a good thing and beats her chest over it every day. It is not. It is like prosecutor crowing about how he is going to bring a case and cannot get a conviction but is going to smear the defendant publicly because that's what you do.
You keep trying to make a force-fit analogy over to the criminal trial system but it is not a criminal trial. But even if I were to accept that argument, then I will point out that in a grand jury proceedings the entire process is done in secrecy and outside the public view. The complete opposite of the system you advocate for Trump where the defendant should keep their mouth shut but the government "grand jury" - case against him should be one of the most public proceedings on earth- ie. in congress, full bloviating, full media coverage. Yeh, right. the defendant should keep his mouth shut. NOT.
