House Dems ask Pence to fork over Ukraine documents within the next 10 days


Three Democratic leaders on Friday sent Vice President Mike Pence a letter asking him to hand over documents related to the Ukraine investigation by October 15th.

Oh but that request is not part of an official impeachment inquiry unless the entire House votes for it so that request is DENIED.

Correct.

But because I am flexible kind of guy, I would be willing to release Biden's Ukraine communications to give them something to read because they will not be getting Trump's/Pence's documents anytime soon.

No need for them to thank me. I am a giver by nature.

Judge orders White House to preserve records of Trump's dealings with foreign leaders

A federal judge has ordered the White House to preserve a wide range of evidence about President Donald Trump’s dealings with foreign leaders, including his interactions related to Ukraine that have fueled an impeachment investigation in the House.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson issued the order Thursday, directing that White House officials not destroy records of “meetings, phone calls, and other communications with foreign leaders.”
