Yes that is hypocritical and I am extremely disturbed how someone cannot even see the difference between calling out hypocrisy and criticizing or shooting down someone.
I think Al Gores lifestyle does not match his talk but I respect him for his work and convictions on the environment. On the other hands I have no issue to shoot someone down for being so narrow-minded in saying Al Gore has it all wrong, basically suggesting environmental worries are crap.

Please, I don't listen to Rush or Alex Jones.
Let me break down the hypocrisy of Al Gore for instance. If he's so convinced there is global warming, then why not fly commercial and save all the jet fuel?
If he's so convinced that man made global warming is impacting the earth, then why live in a 12,000 sq/ft home?
See, I don't care that he lives in a large home or flys private, I just think it's entirely hypocritical to do those things AND still advocate for what he believes.
It's just not impressive and tells me it's just one more clown who likes to tell other people how to live, but plays by different rules.
