OK, then if that's your belief, vote against her.
Personally, I look at all of a candidates beliefs, not just one or two.
For instance, I believe in "choice". But, for me personally, I would not abort....not that at my age it will even be a consideration. But I do believe that people should have the choice...I just think I know what the choice should be.
Either way, it's not the make or break issue in politics for me. Maybe it is for you.
I'm more concerned about things like the basic governmental philosophy....big, centralized governent, or smaller, less intrusive government. I concerned about tax policies. I'm concerned about our national defence policies. These to me are all more important by far than someone's belief on abortion.

Quote from Pa(b)st Prime:
I'm sure you know polls invariably show men in favor of abortion in greater numbers than women. The notion that a female legislature would be more choice than a male dominated body is fallacious. No evidence at all. And among younger chicks, fuggedaboudit. Choice sentiment at all time lows. (a lot of that has to do with the increase in Latinos)

You're talking about Bristol, right?
Otherwise the correct letters are GILF

But under bush we have a more larger intrusive government, more spending than ever etc.. I am willing to throw the dice here, how worse can it be.

You're buying into the bullshit.
Read this article. It sums up 99% of the Democrats.
http://www.boston.com/news/globe/ed...icles/2004/02/12/john_kerrys_shifting_stands/
"Take the Patriot Act. Kerry condemns it fiercely as the stuff of a "knock-in-the-night" police state. He vows "to end the era of John Ashcroft" by "replacing the Patriot Act with a new law that protects our people and our liberties at the same time."
So does that mean he voted against it in 2001? Au contraire! Kerry voted for the law -- parts of which he originally wrote. He singled out its money-laundering sections for particular praise but declared that he was "pleased at the compromise we have reached on the antiterrorism legislation as a whole."
Bottom line, then: Is Kerry for or against the Patriot Act? Absolutely."
Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:
In the states who would ban abortion if they were able, are the state legislators primarily men or women?
It is about who has the power, and the power in American government, both state and federal, as well as the Churches, is abundantly in the hands of the males...not females.
Quote from Mercor:
Let states send the question to a referendum.
There are more women voters and more democratic voters.
Yet, the Dems in Congress are scared to allow that. That want the power to be in the hands of mostly male judges.
Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:
Geez, what a strawman.
Why not bring in Clinton, Gore while you are at it...
Bringing in Kerry? LOL!
Facts are facts...
Quote from Pa(b)st Prime:
I hope you're attending meetings because your proclivity for the bottle is re-evident.
Congress approved the war with virtually every name Democrat of this generation in support.
Congress approved the dreaded Patriot Act-the same piece of Gestapo legislation with all of its court challanges by a vote of 99-1
Do I need remind you Biden, Kerry, Edwards, Leiberman, Reid, Feinstein, Daschle, Schumer, Clinton, Bayh-all war.
Congress has approved funding for the war with such gusto that even Bush was shocked how the Dem majority gave him his 166b this year without a whimper.
