It was Obamas 2014 law that started the major clean up at The VA.What Biden has done doesn't come anywhere close.
This is not New Zealand with one House. There’s the White House, House, and Senate. Bills have to pass all 3 of them. You need 60 votes to get most things done in the Senate. What did you really expect Biden to do? Bernie wouldn’t have gotten any of this shit done either with the current makeup. Do you really think he could have gotten Republicans, Sinema, Manchin, and other more moderate Democrats on board? Sinema switched to Independent instead of siding with Democrats.

It's ok to be naive sometimes about issues impacting Veterans and their families. I won't hold it against you.
A lot of stuff I didn't know about until I was hospitalized and lapsed into a coma in France that the doctors did not know about my medical history. The same problem existed when I was medivac back to Québec, Canada.
The Doctors had to rely on information from my family (e.g. medical allergies to medicine) after my heart stopped twice while in the coma because I was given antibiotics I was allergic to.
Today, that will not happen to other veterans residing in Canada because the hospitals here in Canada now have access to the medical records of Veterans of the U.S. military who are now living here in Canada as ex-pats.
Bravo to the Biden/Harris administration for getting that fixed...it can and will save the life of a Veteran.

Except it’s well known that Biden worked with the Senate to get Obamacare passed. I don’t see how you think Obama was anymore progressive than Biden has been.
LBJ got medicare.Obama got Obamacare.Clinton got CHIP.I hold Biden to the same standards as other democrat presidents.
Obama got every democrat senator to vote for Obamacare,including conservative democrat senators from Arkansas,Louisiana and Nebraska.
Maybe we should rename it to Bidencare
Credit for Obamacare goes the president that had the balls to fight for it and got it passed.

Biden doesn't have a comparable bill/record on any of the above
