Making preparations for an expected civil war isn't advocating one. That's abundantly clear to anyone with a brain. I'm preparing myself for a US dollar collapse and possible civil war, with rural property, guns, etc. The last thing I want is civil war. That's the most destructive outcome one could imagine, and puts us all in huge jeopardy.

If the US military went house to house confiscating guns and put resistors in concentration camps, many Americans would support a civil war under those conditions. There's nothing radical or extreme about that.
