The constitution says The SC has the final say on what is constitutional,I respect that because I respect the constitution.I already stated if a law is passed and I have to give up some of my guns I will do so as my life and freedom is worth more than a AK 47.( I doubt they will be banned I doubt even more there will be confiscation)

BTW WJK,currently the court is majority conservative and you see they have my full support to override Obama if they think he crossed the constitutional line

I'm not sure I agree about majority conservative (Roberts?), but glad to see that you view it that way. Wouldn't it be better if we didn't have to force these things to the courts? Either way, have a good weekend. We can pick this back up during the week. This issue isn't going away anytime soon.

Could you please answer my simple question you avoided once, already:

The SC ruled that blacks were only 2/3rds human, which perpetuated slavery. Would you respect that decision, if it were to be made again? After all, the Supreme Court has the final say on what's Constitutional, to use your own words.

If I were living during the time they said blacks were property I would have accepted it and worked with abolitionist groups to amend the constitution
