Outrage: Virginia abortion bill sponsor saying plan would allow termination up until birth

However in the case of Roe v. Wade, even if you had 9 conservative Christian judges, overturning that case would require far more than renewed legal analysis to find the decision "wrong" and clearly overturned.

Seriously? Roe is kind of acknowledged even among liberal constitutional scholars as pretty much the high water mark of judicial law-making. The constitutional arguments supporting it are laughable.

I've also reported your posts with the pictures of the aborted fetuses. It is possible to make your argument without posting such graphic and disturbing/disgusting photos like that. I'm letting you know so when the mods contact you, it was me who reported it (I don't hide behind my complaints).

I find it interesting that people who support abortion are so adamant about censoring images that show what is actually involved. No one was objecting to purported pictures of victims of chemical attacks in Syria. I don't like seeing anti-smoking ads of smokers who have horrible diseases. There are countless other examples of horrific images that are routinely published, often to exploit their shock value.

I get it that people who support abortion prefer not to see aborted fetuses, but that seems to me to be unfairly biasing the debate.

But it has not been taken down in 45 years....
Cannot just go back and overturn a case on religious feelings which is as laughable as maybe the medical arguments supporting it. Court has allowed States to ban 3rd trimester abortions and laws allowing 3rd trimester abortions have not lasted conservative challenges very long.

Interesting opinion piece.....

Todd Starnes: I had a front-row seat at Trump's State of the Union -- You won't believe what I saw

As near as I could tell there were not too many fans of President Trump sitting in my section of the gallery. More than once I was the only person giving the president a standing ovation. And I might have triggered a few microaggressions when I hollered, “Amen!” when the president delivered a passionate defense of the unborn and newborn.

He used graphic language to call out New York lawmakers who passed a law allowing mothers to abort their babies in the birth canal.

“Lawmakers in New York cheered with delight upon the passage of legislation that would allow a baby to be ripped from the mother’s womb moments before birth,” the president said. “These are living, feeling, beautiful babies who will never get the chance to share their love and dreams with the world.”

He went on to publicly shame Virginia Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam for affirming “that he would execute a baby after birth.”

“To defend the dignity of every person, I am asking the Congress to pass legislation to prohibit the late-term abortion of children who can feel pain in the mother’s womb. Let us work together to build a culture that cherishes innocent life. And let us reaffirm a fundamental truth – all children – born and unborn – are made in the holy image of God.”

The Republicans rose with a mighty force and roared their affirmation of the president’s remarks. It was, in my estimation, the most passionate and emotional moment of the evening.

But the reaction from Democrats was stunning albeit predictable. They refused to stand in agreement that newborn children deserve the right to live.

There they sat for the nation to see – many dressed in white – as they sat stone-faced in their seats.

A few days ago I caused a bit of an uproar when I said on "Fox News at Night" that there was an evil in the Democratic Party. After what I saw on Tuesday night -- I absolutely stand by those words. There is something demonic happening within the ranks of the Democrats.

Perhaps they should consider swapping their white dresses and cloaks for sackcloth and ashes.

I'm not arguing the scientific fact that they are the same genetic code. Only that an embryo is not a human being yet. Maybe if I made a coloring book, you could understand this?

While you have a right to post whatever you want, it has to confirm to the standards this forum has in place. Libertarians don't believe in anarchy. If someone posted hardcore porn, that would also not meet with the requirements of the forum and would be deleted. You don't just get to do whatever you do.

You can when it is just about the individual and not another human. This is the part you cannot seem to grasp.

What claim? That, at the point of conception, the embryo is not a human being? It isn't, and science doesn't claim that. It claims that the genetic code is the same as a human beings, but it takes more than just cells to identify someone as a human being.

You have no science to support you. You are wrong. You support abortion and tax payers funding it, yet you can't even bare to look at the results of your policies. You have guilt on your conscience. I don't.

Do you see others coming on ET who oppose murderous MS-13 gang members crossing our open border by posting graphic pictures of their murdered victims? No.

The same thing holds true with other graphic pictures. There are lines that should not be crossed when discussing the issues.

It would be perfectly fine if they did. Why would you have a problem with that?

You deem the pictures of murdered victims over the line, I agree. That's why the pictures Wildchild were so offensive, those weren't pictures of a gallbladder, appendix etc. they were babies.

It's ugly sometimes when we are exposed to the truth, especially when it comes to abortion. This is why when a mother is shown an ultrasound of her baby 70% choose life. It's like 90% for fathers.

I couldn't look at the pictures, they made me sick and there's a reason why.

It wasnt offensive. It was real. Snowflakes are everywhere.

The pictures should make you sick. A major political party is hell bent on making sure abortions happen often.
