they currently give 65% net and 29% gross...but how long is hte actual non-compete contract? Also it's 1 cent per share in commission, does that increase? If I start with their training program, are tehy going to hook me up with better rates assuming I'm a big winner?

If not, how long will it be before i can leave?

has anyone else been in contact with opus? there commission is .008. is that too high? they also pay a 1250 draw. are they one of the "good" firms? the payout seems rather small but i suppose it's a good deal if they're training you.
