Okay, it's great to be active, but you can't possibly be doing resistance work very intensely if you're doing it up to 3 times a day.- Stretching exercise
- upper body weight exercise
- jogging (replace with high-rise building stair climbing if I am going for
mountain trekking).
I must confess I really hate stair climbing;
It is very torturous; better to be dead than alive.
But then, it is a compulsory thing to do before mountain trekking.
Stair climbing is excellent exercise.
